Fundación Guitarra Viva is an institution that aims to continue Ernesto Quezada's work by supporting new Chilean guitarists, promoting new audiences, and creating pedagogical initiatives that provide sustainability to classical guitar in various dimensions. This goal is developed through fellowship programs for graduate students, CD recordings, the organization of master classes, and concert seasons. This alliance with the Brooklyn Guitar Society signifies the expansion of these initiatives abroad to support the development of Chilean guitarists.
